Harleen Kaur Deol was born on 21 June 1998 in Chandigarh, India, to a Sikh family. She will turn 26 in 2024. Her father, Baghel Singh Deol, is a businessman, and her mother, Charanjit Kaur Deol, works as a government employee. Harleen has a brother, Manjot Singh Deol, who is a doctor.
