Abdu Rozik was born on September 23, 2003, in Gishdarva, Panjakent District, Tajikistan. As of 2024, he is 21 years old. He is a Tajik national and follows the Islamic faith. Abdu studied up to Class 10.
From a young age, he suffered from rickets, a condition that led to dwarfism, as it was left untreated. Because of this, his height gradually stopped increasing, and he now stands 3 feet 3.37 inches tall and weighs 17 kilograms.

When Abdu Rozik was a child, he was diagnosed with dwarfism, a condition caused by a shortage of growth hormones.
This condition affected his growth due to a lack of important nutrients like vitamin D, calcium, and phosphate, and his body couldn’t produce enough growth hormone.
Although this could have been treated with proper medical care, his family couldn’t afford it, which led to his stunted growth.

In 2019, Abdu received support and guidance from Tajikistani rapper and blogger Baron (Behruz). Baron also convinced Abdu’s father to allow him to pursue singing. With his father’s permission, Abdu and Baron moved to Dubai to focus on his career.
Abdu sang several popular Tajikistani songs, including Ohi Dili Zor, Chaki Chaki Boron, and Modar. In 2021, he gained attention by uploading a video of himself singing the Hindi song Enna Sona by Arijit Singh.
The following year, in 2022, he attended the 22nd IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi, where he performed the Hindi song Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga from the film 1942: A Love Story and dedicated it to Salman Khan.
In 2021, Abdu challenged Russian MMA fighter Hasbulla Magomedov, who also has dwarfism, to a fight. However, the Russian Dwarf Athletic Association (RDAA) rejected the challenge, calling it unethical.
