Career Journey Of Divya Prabha

Divya Prabha gained recognition for her performances in the films Take Off and Thamaasha. In 2015, she won the Kerala State Television Award for Best Second Actress for her role in the TV serial Eswaran Sakshiyayi.

In 2019, she acted in Roshan Mathew’s theater play A Very Normal Family. She was also nominated for Best Actress at the Locarno International Film Festival for her lead role as Reshmi in the Malayalam film Ariyippu (2022).

The film Ariyippu premiered on August 4, 2022, at the 75th Locarno Film Festival in the Concorso Internazionale section and received a Golden Leopard nomination.

In 2018, Divya appeared in supporting roles in the sports thriller Nonsense and the historical drama Kammara Sambhavam.

In 2024, her film All I Imagine as Light, directed by Payal Kapadia, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. The film, in which she played the role of Anu, received an eight-minute standing ovation.
