Chahat Pandey is a talented Indian TV actress known for her roles in Hindi serials. She was born on June 1, 1999, in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. Her mother, Bhavna Pandey, is a school teacher who has always supported her dreams, while her father, Late Mani Pandey, passed away when she was young but remains an inspiration to her.

Chahat studied at Chandi Chopra until 5th grade, completed her 10th at Adarsh School, and her 12th at JPB School in Damoh. She later earned a BCA degree from Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, Katni.

Her love for acting began at a young age, and she followed her passion, debuting on TV with ‘Pavitra Bandhan’. She became widely known for her role in ‘Hamari Bahu Silk’. She made her TV debut in 2016 with the show Pavitra Bandhan, where she played Mishti Roy Choudhary, the younger daughter of the lead character Girish, who returns from the US. She also appeared in a few episodes of the crime series Savdhaan India.

In 2017, she was featured in the teaser of RadhaKrishn as Radha, but was later replaced by Mallika Singh. In 2019, Chahat starred in Hamari Bahu Silk, where she played Pakhi Parekh, who dubs for an actress with a husky voice who appears in erotic films.

However, the show faced controversy when she and her co-stars revealed that they have not been paid their dues, leading her to face financial struggles including rent issues.

There were rumours of her trying to commit suicide, but Chahat denied them, saying that her mother’s words were misunderstood. The payment issue was finally resolved in 2021.

While shooting for Mere Sai – Shraddha Aur Saburi in 2020, Chahat accidentally stepped on glass while barefoot and was hospitalised for a while.

Later that year, she played the role of Durga Aneja in Durga – Mata Ki Chhaya, a show about a child blessed by Goddess Durga, which aired until 2021.

From 2021 to 2024, Chahat played Mahua in the first season of Nath: Zewar Ya Zanjeer and Mahua’s daughter Krishna in the second season, Nath: Krishna Aur Gauri Ki Kahani.

Since October 2024, she has been a part of Bigg Boss 18, where she was the first contestant to enter the house. Her entry on the show created a buzz, and fans are excited to see her journey in the reality series.
